As Overstock’s Chief Product Officer, Carlisha Robinson leads all product management and UX functions across the company’s marketing, digital experience, merchandising, and operations organizations. She has more than 30 years of experience in various computer software industries from IT to IP (intellectual property) to e-commerce. Robinson has curated a career of over 20 years in product management leadership successfully distilling the needs of customers into innovative solutions and transforming technology organizations to deliver award-winning products that delight customers and drive company profitability and high-valued liquidity. Prior to joining Overstock, Robinson held leadership roles at IBM, BMC Software, CPA Global (Innography), and Volusion. She earned her “tiger stripes” from an HBCU – Grambling State University – with a Bachelor of Computer Science & Mathematics degree. She is passionate about advancing minority women in technology, education, and in providing justice for all. Robinson advocates and serves as a life-time member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and as a founding board member of the Excellence and Advancement Foundation, an organization focused on prevention and intervention programs to break the school to prison pipeline for minority youth.
