Devin is the Chief Digital Officer at BBQGuys, where he oversees P&L and spearheads the digital strategy across marketing, category management, sales, and product/UX. An analytical, hands-on leader, Devin has a reputation for building strong teams and fostering the kind of accountable, high-performing teams that drive profitable growth in highly competitive markets. Devin’s career is highlighted by his extensive leadership within Ferguson Enterprises, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing and HVAC supplies. He initially served as President of Build.com, where he led the high-growth business to compete directly with the largest retailers in the industry. Following his success there, he was promoted to Vice President of Digital Commerce for Ferguson, leading the digital strategy and transformation for the entire $20B+ parent organization while maintaining P&L responsibility for the Build.com business unit. Throughout his tenure, Devin has maintained that results are not born from the biggest budgets or the best tech, but from a "smart and healthy" organization. He is most proud of his ability to assemble talented individuals into cohesive teams that prioritize customer needs above all else. Prior to his current role, Devin served as the VP of E-commerce for Exemplis LLC, where he architected a new division and the DTC infrastructure required for a best-in-class operation. Devin is passionate about organizations that value deep customer insights and a culture of continuous learning. He lives in Chico, California, with his wife, Sarah, and their two sons. He’s an avid reader and mountain biker.
