Erin Bonsang is a thoughtful, data driven, growth minded digital marketing leader with 25 year’s experience working with passion brands to develop experiences that prompt engagement, conversion, and loyalty. Over the course of her career, she has had the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 players in in Automotive, Furniture, Finance, Legal, Military, Robotics, Travel & Toy categories. Erin is currently the Vice President or Customer Relationship Marketing at Lovesac, an American furniture retailer specializing in modular seating solutions called Sactionals. Her focus has been helping build out a new capability focused on building loyalty and lifetime value. She spent the last 10 years working with brands going through some form of digital transformation including Roomba, helping guide them through a Direct-to Consumer transformation and Hasbro with a focus on passion brands like My Little Pony and PlayDoh. She spent over 15 years working at agencies in Northeast with a focus on strategy, branding, CRM & eCommerce.
