She cares deeply not only for the work she is doing but the teams and cross functional partners she works alongside. Day Two: Thursday, May 8, 2025

5:35 PM LET’S DISCUSS: What’s Missing From Your Digital Marketing Strategy? The Voice of DIVERSE Women

The gender gap in eCommerce marketing is often a significant oversight. While women make up a substantial portion of the global consumer base, their unique needs, preferences, buying behaviors and customer journey are often overlooked or underrepresented in marketing strategies.

This highlights an even larger internal issue at your organization: the missing voice of women during the decision-making process. This discussion digs into the issues women have had in the past, issues that are unresolved, and the rising opportunities to be heard in the industry.

  • Understanding the consumer buying power of women, especially within the ecommerce ecosystem
  • Diversity of the women as consumers, especially at different age demographics
  • Impact of these consumer buying behaviors and how they must be incorporated within digital marketing strategies
  • Women within digital marketing and importance of their voices as part of the industry
  • How to make sure that we are supportive of the professional career journeys of women within digital marketing (and your entire org) and what we all can do to support
